About Blackberry & Sage

Welcome to Blackberry & Sage— a collection of curated quilts and handmade goods created to bring warmth, beauty, and a sense of story into everyday life.

This journey began in 2016 as a small place to share my handmade crochet afghans. Many of those early pieces were constructed much like quilts — carefully pieced together stitch by stitch, with an appreciation for texture, color, and craftsmanship.

Over time, I began collecting vintage quilts and quickly fell in love with cloth itself: the faded cottons, worn linen, hand stitching, and the quiet history held within well-loved textiles. What started as admiration soon became inspiration.

In 2024, I began repurposing damaged antique quilts into one-of-a-kind jackets, giving forgotten textiles a second life through wearable art. That creative shift opened the door to something larger — a growing collection of home decor, clothing, accessories, and handmade pieces rooted in craftsmanship and preservation.

Today, Heirloom Textiles for You & Your Home reflects my love for all things textile. Whether handmade, repurposed, or carefully curated, each piece is chosen or created with the belief that thoughtfully made objects bring comfort, character, and meaning to the spaces we live in and the things we wear.
